The Wet Sounds WS-MC-5 V2 AM/FM Bluetooth® Media Receiver is engineered as a compact source unit for marine and powersports audio systems that require flexible connectivity, clean signal routing, and reliable environmental performance. Designed around a low-profile chassis, it integrates into tight helm locations, dash panels, and custom enclosures while maintaining full feature control for multi-zone audio configurations.
The internal architecture supports both standalone operation and system expansion, with dedicated preamp outputs and onboard amplification to simplify integration in entry-level and mid-tier builds. Bluetooth® streaming provides wireless audio transmission with stable pairing performance, while the AM/FM digital tuner ensures traditional broadcast reception with consistent signal lock in variable environments. A rear auxiliary input adds a hardwired option for legacy or dedicated source devices.
The 2.7” LCD display is optimized for visibility in outdoor lighting conditions, with adjustable day/night dimming to maintain readability without excessive glare. System tuning and navigation are handled through a simplified interface designed for glove-friendly operation in marine and off-road applications.
On the output side, the WS-MC-5 V2 includes a 50W x 4 @ 2Ω internal amplifier, allowing direct speaker drive in smaller systems without requiring an external amp.
